The two things that bother me the most about this phone are the way it tilts down when hanging on the wall. So unless you're over 4 feet tall, you'll have to bend down to see the caller ID display when a call comes in. This is probably a nice feature for a desktop computer, but not for the "hang on the wall" option. Another thing is that it sounds like some callers are on the beach with the sound of the water. I think I expected better technical quality from RCA. My Att phone it replaced was actually more audible than this one.
