I recently bought this keychain for a friend who is a nurse and have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, the design is fun and reflects exactly the challenges that caregivers have to face every day. However, the quality of the keychain leaves a lot to be desired. The letters started to wear out after just a few weeks of use and the metal clasp isn't very strong. It's a shame because it's a thoughtful gift idea, but the execution could use some improvement. Overall, this is an average product that could be great with a few tweaks.
