Usable but quality control is non existent, each safe was different

Like these but three of the four had dents in the book/metal safe. I am keeping them as they are in good enough shape to be used to hold my kids’ "treasures” on their bookshelves and locked up so others can’t get them without the key. I love the size of the safe. Each safe has two keys to use with the safe.

  • May be difficult to open if the locking mechanism gets jammed or stuck

If you are looking closely it is obviously not a real book however sitting on the shelf with other books it looks pretty great

Money falls out on my review.

They look great, but there is a gap between the top and bottom when they are locked and bills fall out/can easily be pulled out

Looks real - my new review

Hiding in plain sight. If the bad guys pick this up then my stuff is gone. This has steel surrounding the enclosure so it is sturdy. Good for apartment dwellers. Decent storage volume.

  • Have money you need to hide....no 1 will think to look in the book...

  • Not fireproof or waterproof, leaving belongings vulnerable in case of a disaster

Not that sturdy on my review.

It's OK to hide stuff. People actually think it's a book. But if anyone wanted to break into this they can rip it open. I wouldn't store money in this

I use it for Hiding cash. Guess what? IT WORKS. You know why? Because no one remembers or even knows what a dictionary is That's my feedback.

Better for hiding stuff than it's literary notoriety.

I would give this 6 stars but there aren't any pages in the book. I get fooled everytime I go to read a book and pick this up. Also feels a little odd having to lock up my reading material. Almost feels like censorship. I guess I could just hide things in this and not try to read it.

Not What I Wanted best in my review

I bought 4 of these thinking they had a combination option for a DIY escape room party, but they did not. I ended up finding a use for them but not what I had planned.

Definitely camouflaged well when stacked with other books. Perfect for valuables. Would make a great gift. Well worth it.

Very sturdy product.

This works great for me. I have it on the shelf with my other dictionary books. Blends right in!. It is good that it is a dictionary cause the people I know would never even pick it up! lolI had no problems with this order. The item was just like advertised. Received on time and intact. The seller did a foIlow up by email too. I would buy from this seller again and highly recommend to all.

Not secure or convincing

The outside simulated book cover is not bad with the look and feel close to a real book. But the binding of the safe is only secured to the safe with a large strip of double sided tape which lost its adhesiveness almost immediately after opening and closing it a few times. Also, the enclosure of the actual safe is somewhat thin and flimsy. It's not a bad item as long as you dont intended to use it to secure something that you would in a traditional safe. It's more of a diversion to secure…
