I've been using them for about 4 years. I think maintaining your septic system is very important. I started using them when we moved to our house in the mountains. Our house stands on a septic tank. I toss one in a bowl and wash it off once a month - as recommended. They are quite large and sometimes require 2 flushes to deflate. But it's normal. I would rather they be big and require 2 washes than be small and not get the job done. So far, our sewage treatment plant has worked flawlessly.
