1) The zipper on the top of the bag broke on the first day and the zipper on the back pocket broke on the 3rd week. 2) They claim it's "high quality waterproof nylon material". but it is not waterproof. I'm not sure if it's even waterproof. Everything inside was soaked from walking in the rain. In addition, the material is very soft. It doesn't hold its shape like in the picture. If there is nothing to give it shape, the bag will sag and fall. I would love to find such a backpack (cute and classy for work) with a back pocket (for a wallet). protects my back well in crowds), top pocket (for small items I want quick access to), waterproof (in case I get caught walking in the rain) and has quality zippers that won't rip. Then this is the perfect work bag.
