They're very flexible about how their team can help you, whether it's via email or directly with our in-house experts - they always get back to me quickly! The implementation process is quite daunting for an inexperienced developer but once that was sorted out load smile are easygoing guys who have been around so much longer than us (and know what works best). We've had some bugs which we still haven't managed to solve ourselves because of limited time / resources available at this stage as well as other issues such as API versioning compatibility/retirement etc., however I do believe these will be resolved soon enough if not already done now by them while maintaining quality standards high.
