I can't believe I paid for it, the quality is disgusting.
Two months ago, we took the cube for repair under warranty, and that's it! I cannot even get a simple answer, and some clarity when it will be returned. No one answers me for TWO months! I call, I write to all mails, I wrote on the website and in WhatsApp, I just don’t know where to write to get an answer! Maybe I'll get a response to this! I'm ready to wait for a repair, but the way that support works is unacceptable for a product at this price!
- We have a TV, we really liked the cube itself, in general we were happy with it!
