As soon as I opened the package I knew this dress was previously worn! The smell of stale perfume and body odor was awful! I purchased a new dress and this dress came with no tags! This dress was obviously worn, returned, and packaged as new. This is absolutely disgusting and gross and can’t believe someone would return after wearing and then turned around and sold again!
