kinda tinny sound. It is connected to the Aorus Z390 motherboard, I9-9900k. Tried on another PC, same thing. Makes PUBG sound terrible; I haven't tried other games. I tried my Sennheiser GameZero and Sennheiser GSP600 headsets. Headsets are great for connecting to my sound card. Sounds really awful from the GSX 1200. WHY!? I wanted you to like it! I'm giving it a few stars because the puck is super smooth and gives you amazing volume control and the speaker-to-headset switch is a nice touch. But it is a pity that this device does not work for me. I fully inserted and flipped the audio cables. no bone. I installed the Sennheiser updater and had the latest version. Given the horrible noise coming from there, I have to conclude that this is due to a faulty device or incompatibility. I couldn't figure out where the shots were coming from.
