This stuff works. My GFO has removed all the nutrients from my water, luckily before I lost the coral I realized that I now have the right amount of GFO and I'm starting to think I'm better off without it. The corals went from brown with no polyp expansion to their original color and LARGE polyp expansion within a week. My PO4 is still 0.0 and nitrates are still around 3. This is by far the best amino supplement I have ever used and is great if you are nutrient deficient on the reef. Anyone who keeps SPS knows that they don't usually change color from brown to light green in less than a week. My only regret is that I didn't have a photo beforehand, if I had known it worked so well I would have snapped a photo.
