Works fine with 4k 30 but not 4k 60

I have a 4k 60 and an old 1400*900 display connected to it. 4k keeps flickering and blinking. Unless I disconnect the other monitor or scale it down to 4k 30. I guess I can't complain too much because it was cheap. However, they did advertise multi-monitor support and 4k 60 support.
