Review on 🎧 AZLA SednaEarfit XELASTEC Ear Tips for Airpods Pro - 2 Pairs (Size SS) by Amy Thompson

Update 08/19/20: Reviewed from 1 star to 4 stars. Updated review below: I spoke to a sales rep/manufacturer of these earbuds. He couldn't have been more empathetic and apologetic about my negative experience with this product. In addition to refunding my purchase, he informed me that the company will review their product description on Revain to clearly state the two-piece design and instructions for properly attaching/attaching the handpiece to the adapter. hopefully to prevent the earmold from detaching from it. Good customer service, empathy, recognizing the problem/problem and being open and receptive to customer feedback are all very important in my opinion. And in this case, the seller/manufacturer demonstrated all of these things, so I am revising/updating my previous review. from slipping and/or falling out of the ears and provide a very tight seal on par with high quality memory foam tips. Why 1 star rating? Nowhere in the product listing or photos (I have a screenshot of the original listing and a photo in case it changes after this review is published) does it say that these tips actually consist of two separate parts: an adapter section that attaches to the AirPod Pro and a handpiece/umbrella that freely connects to the adapter and inserts into the ear. The connection between these two parts is generally not very secure. So what? no bump? Now, ask yourself that after you put these earbuds on your AirPods, put them in your ears, and then removed your AirPods, the earmuff/visor section pops out of the adapter and stays in your ear. It's definitely not fun to spend hours trying to pry a "super sticky" plastic earbud out of your ear with tweezers, hoping you'll do it right so you don't end up in the hospital. ER to remove it. Luckily, I was finally able to remove part of the tip from my ear without going to the doctor. Maybe you're not so lucky. The manufacturer/seller must make it clear in the photos and in the product description that these tips are a two-piece design and not a one-piece design like the standard Apple silicone tips that come with the APP. Also, the connection between the two sections, the adapter and the tip/umbrella, needs to be made more secure and tight so that the two sections do not easily separate. I will be returning them to Revain for the reasons above and informing them that the product description is misleading.
