The product is very durable and easy to use. When unpacking, one of the keys was bent. It worked, but it had a pretty good curve. (The other key was fine) I put the bent key in a vise and tried to straighten it. It broke. It's a strange key, and I doubt I'd be able to find it. I emailed the company and asked if they could send me a new key. Later that day I got the most pleasant reply from them. They apologized for not selling individual keys but they wanted to send me a brand new unit with keys and all. I haven't even had to send one back. This is customer service at its extreme. I cannot recommend them or their products strongly enough.
