Great replacement with one problem.
Great replacement as the cords that come with the Audio-Technica's are like 10' long which isn't very practical for walking around. The braiding is hardcore and harder than I'm use to but I don't mind that. The plug that plugs into the headphones though doesn't quite fit like the original ones and if you pull a little on the cord a little bit it will come out of the headphones.
