Review on 🔌 East Penn 04900 Trailer Cable: Quality and Durability for Reliable Towing by Brian Douglas

4 core trailer cable is good and heavy weight for passing through trailer frames. Has 4 wires as advertised but there is a small problem. When working with tags, the colors appear yellow, green, brown, and white for most standard tags. Now there may be more wires if your trailer has reversing lights, but for the most part there are four from the front junction to the rear. This cable is great except the colors don't match the standard trailer colors. it is brown, black, red and white. Not a big deal but the installer will have to decide which color is being converted to use on a particular trailer doesn't matter but can get confused trying to connect the 7 wire harness going from the 7 pin connector the front comes. DO NOT GET ME WRONG! I love the wire and it works fine. The jacket is nice and heavy for years of use and trailer vibration. I just wish the colors matched the standard trailer colors. Thank you Revain for another quality product and great service! There may still be a trailer cable with standard colors but I don't have time to check.
