Review on 📋 Zreal Restaurant Staff Organizer & Checkbook Management by Ryan Foles

Very nice book with lots of space for recipes and flyers. Used it all summer at my service job. The only criticism was that the color faded very quickly. It didn't keep the blue marble and turned to a solid blue. I will still use it, just want it to keep the template. The back fades faster, I take shape while holding it. I think it will probably hold up better if you work somewhere that you don't constantly yank it on and off your apron like I did. It kept everything dry and together in case something accidentally spilled on it or I put it in a damp place. Will continue to use it in my next ear when I get back to serving, just want the marbled color to last!
