, I attach great importance to serving utensils. I found this server book exceeded all of my expectations. It has multiple AND SECURE ways to store paper notes (especially the almighty CC note lol) and I found a notepad that fits perfectly. I would recommend it to my fellow servers.

Great Product! Durable and high quality material that is easy to clean. Perfect size for guest checkbooks, money, coupons, etc. 2 internal bill pockets are great for storing bills. 5 additional easily retractable pockets. (Left: 1-3/4 welt pocket, 2 clear welt pockets.) (Right: 1-3/4 welt pocket, 1 clear welt pocket.) Right side pen holder. The perfect book for the cleaning staff OR the planner. Will definitely order again.

Very nice book with lots of space for recipes and flyers. Used it all summer at my service job. The only criticism was that the color faded very quickly. It didn't keep the blue marble and turned to a solid blue. I will still use it, just want it to keep the template. The back fades faster, I take shape while holding it. I think it will probably hold up better if you work somewhere that you don't constantly yank it on and off your apron like I did. It kept everything dry and together in case…
