Review on Baker & Hostetler by William Chavez

Baker and Hostetler has been my employer for over 10 years. I have learned so much about being a professional and getting the job done. I have been able to advance in my career through this company and the people I have worked with. I have never felt as though I was not being valued or given the opportunity to grow. The only thing I can think of is that I have felt like my work has not always been given the respect it deserves. I have learned the importance of working hard and being able to problem solve. The firm is very experienced in employment matters with particular expertise related to severance pay issues (involuntary termination). We had an attorney who was familiar but not necessarily expert at this area which helped us get through what can be complicated process without needing additional counsel or advice from outside parties. They are also helpful during negotiations for backpay/benefits owed by employer if employee has been terminated involuntarily.
