Do not inflate fully
I ordered 4 packs, thank goodness because the first pack all burst. Big tip DO NOT INFLATE TO FULL POWER, the red one will pop and leave you with a black balloon, and that can't upset you too much. All in all, once I figured out this little trick, the red stopped appearing and I was able to make my own garland. Also used black balloons for another event the next day. Hope this helps someone.
