Best hair chalk I've ever used
Bought for cosplay. The last time I used blue hair chalk it took a lot of effort and multiple uses just to get the shade of blue on black hair. In this case, one pass immediately gave good results. She was so good that my friend asked me to buy her two different color variations. Would recommend this to anyone.
