The ability to use their platform in several different ways for many applications was really helpful when we were looking at using other companies cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure - this allowed us to have confidence with our decision making process around choosing one over another service provider/cloud vendor etc.

It would be great if they could offer more choice of features within each plan level so it's easier to choose between those plans without having too much difference compared against others available from competitors (eg pricing). We've been able to move some workloads off-premise which has reduced costs significantly but also increased security by moving them into an environment where there are multiple layers involved protecting data rather than just relying upon only 1 layer like before.
