This monitor is fantastic. It does exactly what it's supposed to and is great for gaming. It's not the monitor's fault, but you should take a closer look at the size of your monitor. I find 27 inches too big for my purposes. As a result, normal 1080HD objects look lower quality due to the larger screen. The monitor itself has great picture quality, lots of customization options, beautiful looks, and a very versatile stand.
