I can't go into detail on how good this clipper is. I can only give what I liked and the experience of using it. That's what I think most are looking for in reviews. I love how good it feels in my hand when using it. I am not a professional barber. I cut my partner's hair all the time, that's all. I love the look of these scissors. Gold just does it better than plain black. I plugged it in to charge overnight. I'm sure it didn't take a full 9 hours to fully charge. So far I've used this for a total of about 90 minutes. I love that it has a display that shows how much time the battery has left so I know when to put it back on the charger. Now I have about 85% battery left. If you use this a lot I'd suggest charging it every night so it's ready for the next time you want to use it. Nice smooth cut. It comes with oil for you to lubricate it. Especially if you use it often. I will probably oil my razor every 4 months as I won't be using it as often as some. A good cordless shaver that looks and feels good.
