Claims to be 10x magnification. No way heck you can still show your whole face in a 3.5 inch 10x mirror but that's how it is. Place the powder compact on your face, just under your nose, leaving a vertical mirror just 3.5 inches from your eyes. Close one eye so your view doesn't capture the angle of reflection of both. With a non-magnifying mirror, you can just see the barley all the way through your face. Switch to the magnified side and you can still see most of your closed eye (eyes set wide apart, so those with narrow-set eyes see a fully closed eye), with the open side of the eye aligned with that lateral edge of your face. Maximum 2x magnification, but most likely only 1.5x magnification. The compact camera also doesn't stay in the open position you've selected when you try to use its mirrors. Neither on the box nor in the instructions, the compact mirror specifications do not state a magnification, 10x is only shown for sale. But claims LEDs only emit 6500K +/-500K which explains why the brightness isn't bright at all. There are some that state 27,000K, which is more than four times brighter.
