Boots arrived dirty
I bought the boots for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday, they didn't arrive in time for her party so I haven't given them to her yet, but the boots arrived dirty on the soles. If I had seen this in a store I would not have bought them. I don't think it's fair to call the boots new and I don't think it's fair that they can be sold as I ordered these boots online. I have dirty boots, yes they have tags but they are dirty again, I'm disappointed.
