Easy to use. The reservoir is smaller than the old model so it needs to be filled at least twice to fill the pitcher, but it seems to filter water faster. Does not drip when pouring if the reservoir has already been emptied into a pitcher. Nice compact oval shape - easier to fit in the fridge than the old round one. The water tastes great. One more thing: if you filled an old model with a full stream of water, pieces of coal from the filter often ended up in the tank and floated around. This new model aims to prevent that. We are very happy with this jug/filter.
