My family loves bacon that crumbles in the mouth, as do I, but I'm not a fan of cooking it. And to be honest, I tend to toast it in a skillet (it's actually a little charred around the edges) to get it crispy enough. But this. No charring and perfect bacon in just 30 minutes! And I don't have to wear long sleeves, oven mitts, goggles, and pants to flip the bacon! What more does a girl want? Well, it would be nice to be able to put a whole bag of bacon in that pan, but look, you can't have your pie AND eat it. So I'll take what I can get.
