Review on JANUS Displays by Jacob Rasmussen

I like the fact that JANUS can be used for both video-on-demand and live broadcasts, it has many features such as scheduling, reporting, etc. Also, the ability to create several VOD channels with different profiles is very useful. The UI of JANUS could be more intuitive if some features were better organized. For example, when creating new schedules, there are too many options to choose from, which makes it difficult to find what we need. This software also does not have an option to make custom templates for our own needs. We use it mainly for providing VOD content to the whole organization and for monitoring live events (e.g., concerts).
