Not sure I understand their purpose. Used yesterday after looking for a good video on how to use it. which I never found. I've only found videos with cartoon graphics showing what it does, not the actual process of using it. So I guessed in some directions on the basis of "cotton". Then he squeezed hard and ground his teeth until it seemed like something was coming out of the container at them. Should it be for brushing your teeth? Do you bleach them? I'm confused. It just felt like I put mint gel on my teeth. If this is some sort of between-meal cleanse, it would be cheaper to stick with the Wisps I've been using.
