This Iodoo mini fan is very useful. Because it is foldable, you can easily carry it in your handbag or pocket. When folded, it is about the size of a small flashlight. When opened, both fan blades hang down. Apparently the fan is broken. But as soon as you turn it on, the blades align and it performs as you would expect. It has 3 speeds and produces a decent amount of air. You can also use the fan as a power bank for your phone by plugging the cable into the USB-A port on the bottom. The USB-C port on the fan is for charging. I have several small portable fans but this one is the most useful because I always carry it with me because it is very easy to carry. For the current price, that's a great deal considering you can also use it to charge your phone.
