The box came damaged and ripped so I was nervous that it would have missing parts or not work, but all went well. The directions were easy to follow and I was able to assemble by myself. I cannot lift anything heavy due to carpal tunnel syndrome so I put the two parts of the desk top together on top of the stand so I would not have to lift it. I also made sure that I had moved the stand close to where I wanted to have my desk so that I would not have to lift a heavy desk. It is very heavy so keep that in mind when assembling. It looks better in person than in the pictures. This should really help with the fact that I have to work from home and spend more hours in front of computer screens. Love that it adjust so easily. Worth the money to save my back and keep some blood flowing in my legs while I spend 9 or more hours a day at my desk.
