I am ordering this product for the second time. I had to return the first one as the LCD was damaged. And for the second time, the cable I used to connect the screen and the laptop broke, so I'm looking for a new one. I tried other cables that are included in the box but none of them worked. I even bought a new Type-C to Type-C 2.0 cable but it still didn't work. So now I have no way to use my portable monitor. I can't even return or replace the item as the 30 day warranty has expired and I don't want to buy a new one just because of the cable. Is there a way to just buy the cable?
