Not long sleeves - more like a 3/4 sleeve
This *would* be perfect except the sleeves aren't full length. They have 3/4 sleeves. I've compared them to the measurements provided in the chart and they are accurate so it must be as it should be. When you lay the shirt flat, the sleeves are 3 inches shorter than the bottom of the shirt. Who has arms shorter than their waist?
