I like that it's able to pull information out in real time so you can see what changes have occurred as well as previous versions. It also has an API which allows integration with other products such as our CRM system where we are syncing contacts across multiple systems (ie Salesforce). The UI could be improved - but this isn't really something they need fixing at their current stage since there aren’t many features yet! If you're looking into using a product similar then try one first before making any decisions about switching over just because others do or don't offer certain functions/features etc.. You will find once implemented though its capabilities become apparent how powerful these types of tools actually are when used correctly within organisations who understand them fully.
