1. The hinges on the moving arm are STUPID (no up/down/side to side swing).2. The incline adjustment is conveniently located on the sides for easy access.3. LOTS of holes in the wall mounting plate (compared to some with only 3 to choose from). Bottom Line: You don't even have to spend $1 more for a wall mount in this weight range. A NOTICE. If you are installing the flat screen TV without the help of a second person, it may be easier to attach the four arm plate to the wall bracket BEFORE installing the 4 screws (one at a time) on the back of the TV.
