Many reviews say they are upset because the description says the top coat doesn't wipe clean and the instructions on the box say the stickiness is removed at the end shall be. There is definitely a discrepancy between the packaging that the product comes in and the product itself. Nowhere on the box does it say it cannot be washed and the instructions are clearly for removing gel polish. The bottle itself says no to wiping, and indeed it is also a coat that cannot be wiped. Also, it is very important to dry longer than a regular top coat remover. If you have a small regular LED bulb from a cosmetics store (or Revain) it can only last 30 seconds and isn't that powerful. If you have a low power or "homemade" LED curing light, this should ideally be cured for around 2 minutes. I have to run the flashlight about 4 times (30 seconds each) to get a fully cured, dry, hard surface with no smearing or stickiness. However, this is the real deal. It holds, doesn't crack and I can tell my regular top coat remover from this one when I take it off. This is significantly more difficult to remove, even with my chemical remover gel, than salon towels without towels. Absolutely worth it for the price. The seller will likely need to fix the packaging issue.
