I will never buy American Standard again, not even until I buy a new house. It's overpriced for what it's worth and functional please. To be honest all I needed was a 5 cent nut to screw it into the grip. They don't have one, and worse, the nut on this one doesn't match the old handle (literally 1mm difference, no improvement). The metal lever is too long and I had to bend it just to get into the tank. The holes are misaligned and should be facing up/down, not side to side. Well, duct tape has many uses, I think this is one of them. Please go back to your R&D department and design something that works.
