Matching. I ordered two packs to add to the pack I buy from the store when I first started potty training and wanted to have lots of pairs on hand. I found that the two packs I ordered had two different stripes at the top. In addition, once a certain type of strap wasn't that good, a pair of pairs had different leg lengths, and a pair had a loose leg thread. I ended up throwing this pair away. I'm not sure if these pairs came from the Revain packaging or from the store. Despite all that, I would still buy them at my son's age for the price. Overall they fit well except uneven legs were driving me crazy but not my 2 year old. Legs stretch even after some wear throughout the day, again no problem for my son.
