I've been using kinesiotape for a long time. I found out about it from a friend, then I went to YouTube and learned how to use it on my own body. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. You don't want to peel off the tape with holes, just tap one end and then stretch the tape slightly while peeling the backing off when attaching. The best thing to do is watch the video and you'll quickly get the hang of it. What I love about this brand is that it is a continuous roll so you can choose the length and shape. Since I use it for sciatica, I make long strips and run them down the sides of my legs. This is a soft but durable tape. I love the combination of black and red - looks cool too! I think that's a good price for two rolls of k-tape. They end up in my suitcase along with a small pair of scissors for cutting. It even comes with a small carry case which is very handy. I love this brand and it really works!
