Don't buy this if you want something halfway useful.1. Follow the instructions to change the time in the recordings (manually changing the text file on the SD card after the recording has started). The file was saved successfully but reset immediately after connecting.2. This thing was consuming 1.2GB of space on writing in less than 5 minutes in one cycle (I loaded 45 minutes of TOPS onto a 32GB SD card before it starts overwriting, if that works at all).3. When I set it to motion detection it was around 950MB when recording, even in a much shorter time (maybe 3 minutes).4. Transferring files without removing the SD card also does not work as it is not recognized as a drive to receive files. As a result, you'll have to remove the sticker that's supposed to hide the SD card and status light just to get the files out. The video quality is good but pointless when a 3 minute recording takes up 1GB and the time setting doesn't work at all. Mention that you have to remove the sticker every time to remove the SD card. HUGE waste of money. I would have sent it back but my kids threw away the packaging it came in. This garbage can.
