Review on VIOTEK Reaper RFI25CBA Extreme Gaming Monitor 24.5", 1920X1080P, 144Hz, Adjustable Tilt, Adaptive Sync, Frameless Design, Pivot Function, HD, IPS by Daniel Acquah

I bought this for my job as a software engineer and for gaming. So far the Pros: I like the menu options the monitor has. Navigation is very easy. The design is very chic. Cons so far: - Screen flickering (screen goes black for a full second and then returns to normal). It flickers at least 5 times a minute, but I've had instances where this happened about 20 times a minute. The screws holding the monitor to the bracket were very tight. One of the screws had snapped off (I use the monitor for a dual setup, so I had to put it on my mount.) - The package was badly dented when it arrived. It was in a large box that left about a foot of room for it to be shaken. The inner box was also damaged. However, I was surprised when I unpacked the monitor that there were no scratches or VISIBLE damage, so that was nice. I expect the company to work with me to fix this. I will share how customer support works as soon as I get it. Edit: I sent the monitor back. Another monitor came in a box that looked like it had been pierced with a spear. Oddly enough, the monitor was not damaged. That works fine. If I had to buy another monitor it wouldn't be this one just because of the way the packages arrive. The box was torn both times. There were no packaging bubbles the first time. In short, it works, but it arrived in terrible condition.
