This belt is well built, I think it will last a few years. I don't like the loops around the belt but I also wear this belt for my wife and she loves the function. What I also don't like is the velvety feel on the back, which makes threading the loop difficult because it sticks to the fabric of the trousers instead of slipping. But these are minor complaints. For the price, this is a great basic belt that goes with almost anything.
