Review on Zoo Med Reptisun Terrarium Hood by Lisa Gunterman

Okay, I bought this in September and loved it straight away. Whilst I wish the LED daylight types were on separate plugs or at least each zone could be switched individually, ALL other aspects of this hood are amazing. The UV performance is excellent and the LEDs are just as good. I had an accident where the UV light just stopped working after moving the terrarium and hood to a new room. The hood was removed from the terrarium and set aside where not touched at all until it was picked up and placed directly in the terrarium in its new home. So I know he wasn't hit or anything. I replaced the lightbulb but no change. I contacted the manufacturer, assuming it was the ballast, and asked what replacement ballast I could get. They asked me when I bought it and if they could get a copy of my receipt. I sent them my Amazon bill and the next thing they told me was a replacement was on the way. A week later I got a new hood, brand new, works fantastic! I'm very impressed, well done ZooMed!
