Review on 🌬️ Friedrich Chill Premier 8000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner with WiFi, White by Brooke Watts

Pros:* Cools well.* Sturdy design, doesn't rattle.* Temperature setting is saved when the air conditioner is off.* Google Home integration works well.Cons:* Quiet. I measured it at a low level with a professional handheld sound level meter at about 6 feet and was about 55 dBA. It's about as loud as a soft conversation (which means you can't have a quiet conversation around it because the air conditioner will drown it out). It's twice as loud as the old 5000 BTU air conditioner I have in my bedroom.* The remote has memory separate from the unit itself, allowing the remote to determine if the air conditioner isn't set as it actually is . . This may seem strange and confusing.* The remote control has no backlight.* The energy saving mode is activated whenever the air conditioner is switched on. The mode is not saved, but the temperature is saved.
