Tony's customer service over the phone was the most important thing to me. The drone is well made and I received a set of 3 batteries and a charger. The support number was immediate with no response or wait time! TONY was by my side and guided me step by step - this guy is a genius with people skills (rare) and answered all my questions. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a LIVE person to guide and help! Thank you Tony and Tello for a great product! This device doesn't have GPS, so it will land automatically when it's about 100 feet away from you and you lose contact with the drone.
