
Assured I have the correct model number for the radio. I was right. I could only use about 30 minutes per shift if I had problems with the radio. Checked the headphone connection to the radio. (Adapter) Wrong contact picture. I sent the manufacturer a photo for the correct position of the pins on the adapter. There have been several other requests to resolve the issue. The production did not understand the problem and quickly gave up. They offered a refund.
