The platform is very simple which makes it easy for users with no technical expertise at all! We're able use growthgenie within minutes after signing up without any prior experience required -it guides through each step from setting your goals/objectives until getting results- every time. Even better than expected considering how young startup was when i first signedup back then (early 2015)! Highly recommended!! Their customer service team goes above & beyond what other companies offer even though its not necessary since most things work themselves once set properly :).
