My husband really wanted a simple halter neck strap to pull his hair back at home (it's long and he usually wears it) and it was perfect. You get 10 different colors in the package - all plain plain straps that feel well made. The price for 10 seemed a little high to me as I'd like to pay around 70 cents each, but if you plan to use them as a base for crafts they're definitely strong enough to build on. Overall a decent set.
