The shoes run a bit big. I would order half a size smaller. The heel on my left is deformed - the plastic is warped - digging into my heel a little. Be sure and check this area when you receive them. I only paid $28 for them and don't plan on wearing them that often, so I can't complain too loudly. All in all a good budget shoe for the house/yard or a short stroll around the neighborhood. Anything beyond that and you should just spend more money for a shoe with real ankle support. For only $28 they got four stars.
