I have been using these trays for many years and am very satisfied. Then about 6 months ago I noticed that the labeling and packaging were different. Well, so is the quality. The old bowls were completely sealed inside so no urine leaked out. They only have a piece of plastic wrap on the bottom, but it doesn't protect the corners or edges. So if your cat gets near the edges, he'll immediately soak the cardboard all the way to the bottom. I took the advice of another reviewer and now have to reinforce with tape. I only use it to seal the entire bottom of the tray and it seems to work really well. However, for the price I paid I should NOT have done so. I am very disappointed in this company. I can't find any alternative at all. The 5/18/16 update is STILL awful and getting worse. I really can't believe this product is still on sale. Urine goes everywhere and trays get wet. I'm trying to find a new tablet here now and thought I'd update my review again.
